High Level Process Description

Stage 1   Scoping: A quick and inexpensive assessment of the technical and business merits of the opportunity and its market prospects.
Stage 2   Building a business case including: product and project definition; project justification; and project plan.
Stage 3   Development: Business case plans are translated into concrete deliverables.
Stage 4   Testing and Validation: Provide final and total validation of the entire project: the product itself, the process, customer acceptance, and its economics.
