Network Operations
Concourse has been providing neutral-host solutions since its inception. In its
neutral-host role, Concourse engages and manages a growing list of roaming partner
relationships; performs proxy Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA);
records usage for billing purposes; establishes security policies for properties;
performs full-time monitoring; and handles ongoing maintenance across a common-use
network.
Concourse will also act as the WISP for those ad-hoc users who desire Internet access
but do not have an existing relationship with a WISP. In order to fulfill this role
Concourse provides credit card authorization, registration, management of ‘Welcome’
and other administrative web pages, and tier-1 customer support via a toll-free
telephone number.
